The founder has a BS of Computer Science Engineering from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. Computer Easy is a subsidiary of Data Based Solutions which has been serving customers since 1996.

Your PC and Laptop are important - these are things we respect and value:
Price: Computer repair should be reasonable, fixed price, and not cost more than a new one! We'll advise you before repairs get costly and suggest alternatives.
Overhead: we will always keep our overhead low. In this economy we have found it prudent to put the shop in our home. As always we are a licensed company with insurance.
Pics, Docs, & Data : We do everything we can to protect and when necessary recover files on your computer. Probably the two most important categories are Company Files especially accounting and personal Pictures.
Privacy: It's important to us also! Your equipment never leaves our secure shop area. We employ only qualified and ethically sound technicians.

Drop Off Service: A thorough cleaning of spyware, viruses, and internal dust & grim can take 3-6 hours. Working on multiple computers is more productive, helping to keep the cost down. On-Site service is available and useful however, is billed hourly (see below).
Your computer will have its own work order, repair script, your special instructions, and identification. You will be contacted if we have questions or recommendations.
